At long last Ags will be returning to the stage this September – and making his first appearances in the Netherlands!

The newly re-started Cow Pie record label have very generously decided to release Ags’ most recent album on 180g clear/black marbled vinyl. Cow Pie was originally started as a home for country music in the UK back in 1978, and has now been revived to offer up more of the same. The great news is that ‘Wrong Again’ will be part of that.

CATCH AGS LIVE ON FACEBOOK!

Missing live music during this tough time in the world?

Don’t fret. A lot of shows are happening every day over social media and Ags is part of it!

Ags has recently been playing two one-hour shows a week in the special Facebook group ‘Live from the Lost Highway’. This group was created by Joey Allcorn, a country music artist and historian who runs the Honk Tonk History podcast. All you need to do to watch the live streams is join the group at Facebook.com/LostHighwayNetwork.

‘WRONG AGAIN’ AVAILABLE NOW!

Ags’ new album ‘Wrong Again’ is now available both on CD and via digital platforms.

Recorded at Woodworm Studios in Oxfordshire, the album has been garnering praise from a large number of sources including Billboard, Glide Magazine, Americana UK and Bob Harris of BBC Radio 2 who called it “modern day traditionalism of the very, very best kind”.

The Tex-Mex flavoured ‘Say It Out Loud’ is described by the US giant as follows: “Accordion features coupled by delicate strums of an acoustic guitar and Connolly’s deep and emotive vocals bring the throwback tune to life”.
